I especially like the view from the ship, but walking to the entranceway might give me a headache …..

I had to look at each view several times before I decided on my favourite – Market Park, Port Douglas. It was hard, though, because all of the views are lovely.

It is so nice there. Those mountains across the water are part of the Daintree rainforest area, World Heritage and the oldest rainforest in the world.

It sounds delightful. Interestingly, if I had been asked, I would have imagined the oldest rainforest in the world to be in South America, but that is probably because we hear more about them.

The picture of the lagoon in my favorite. It seems to speak of rest and relaxation with the colors!

Airlie Beach is a very popular beach holiday destination so I suspect you’re right about relaxation.

The Dome is the nightclub but this was all lit up for the morning trivia competition. I guess they thought we might all start dancing!

All beautiful. Was thinking Airlie Beach was my favorite, but recognized Cairns Esplanade from a previous visit. My ego won so I favor Cairns. Don’t believe I ever encountered a loo with a view. Great post.

You’d be surprised, CT Ducks. Once you start looking, you’ll find loos with views all over the place.

Airlie Beach seems to be the popular choice. It was so beautiful there.
The only rain we’ve had was at the end of our fossil walk at Lyme Regis on Saturday. It was glorious in Falmouth today.

Love the loos. They all seem pretty similar. I think I prefer just walking back into the brush though. Open air.

We are driving from Falmouth in Cornwall to Manchester today, about six hours. Finally seeing our daughter for the first time since she came here in November 2014. Looking forward to spending the next three weeks with her.

I love writing rhyming couplets. The lagoon was tempting but the water temperature was a little chilly, even in the tropical winter.
