Look Out For Dragons

Kind Squares Photo Challenge #16 ~ Queensland: One of a Kind

Destination: Burleigh Head National Park, Gold Coast

The Eastern Water Dragons who live in the rainforest on Burleigh Head are used to people walking on the tracks. Often passers by don’t even notice them basking like statues on the rocks in the sun.

Tempted by a tasty snack, one dragon ventures out into the open and happily poses for photos at the lookout.

This month I’m joining in every day with Becky’s October Kind Square Photo Challenge over at The Life of B. The rules are simple: most photos must be square and fit the theme word “kind”. Look for #kindasquare

  1. Aren’t they fabulous – and you are right most people probably wouldn’t notice. Amazing what people don’t see, especially when they are chatting on a walk!
